As promised I’m back ladies (men also welcome). This time with a class soley dedicated to Lifting, Firming, Toning & Strengthening the glutes….🍑
Held at Puregym W6 every Thursday evening in the main studio (membership or day pass required) from 6.15 – 7pm.
Please ensure you arrive promptly to avoid dissappointment as participants will not be permitted entry after initial warm up in compliance with health & safety regulations.
Mini resistant bands are not essential but most definately beneficial for optimal results so if you have one bring it along, if not I will be providing medium / strong strength for use within the class.
I will only be adding two consecutive dates at a time to avoid block booking, however the class will be running every week so please check back to book future classes.
