After spending many years struggling with body confidence as a result of an overall unhealthy lifestyle as well as a negative self image, I began my own personal journey into improving both my physical and psychological wellbeing. This quickly became a passion and therefore a lifestyle as I began to notice not only the significant physical changes to my body but also the many psychological benefits of an effective and enjoyable holistic training programme.

It has since become my passion to support, encourage, educate and motivate others in acheiving their own personal goals, whether it be weight loss, toning, muscle growth or increasing overall fitness levels as well as developing a healthy mindset ultimately leading to an overall healthier, happier, more balanced lifestyle that is not only realistically sustainable but actually enjoyable.
