My own health & fitness journey has equipped me with an in-depth understanding of both the psychological and emotional aspects involved in the process of working towards any goal and I would be more than happy to support, motivate and guide you in achieving yours… 

 My personalised approach offers an in-depth analysis of your current lifestyle and fitness level to enable me to design a bespoke workout program to best suit your needs, goals and lifestyle and get you started on the right track towards reaching your personal targets and achieving your goals.  

I will provide a bespoke exercise plan as well as nutritional guidance as well as regular fitness assessments to enable you to both view and document you progression. All that I request in return is that you are 100% committed and ready to make the changes necessary. With a will to succeed failure is not possible.

Training Packages


PLATINUM: Four one hour personal training sessions per week for 1 month  (4 consecutive weeks) = £720 (£45 per session)


GOLD: Three one hour personal training sessions per week for 1 month  (4 consecutive weeks) = £600 (£50 per session)


SILVER: Two one hour personal training sessions per week for 1 month  (4 consecutive weeks) = £440 (£55 per session)


Individual sessions can also be purchased on a PAYG basis for £60ph / £40 for half sessions with no obligations to block book, however this option is not best suited to people requiring motivational support. The aim of this session would be predominantly techinque focused and does not include a personalised workout program.

Personal training sessions undertaken at Hilton in Marble Arch are charged at £80 per session to accommodate travel time and are only available on a 1:1 basis.
