After many years struggling with body confidence and negative self-imagine, due largely to an unhealthy lifestyle and poor choices, I started a personal journey into improving not only my physical, but psychological wellbeing.
My approach is holistic: over the years, I have left no stone unturned in passionately training my mind and body. This approach has resulted in a set of guiding principles that I now employ to help nurture others on their journey towards their goals, namely:
